[Production Example] Transport Equipment (Door-Related Parts)

Prototype, ASSY jigs, single panel production, and spot welding—all produced in-house!

We would like to introduce a case where we conducted prototype production (ASSY products) of a transport device consisting of a total of 6 parts (door-related components). The material used is plated material equivalent to 440 or 270. All processes, including prototype models, ASSY jigs, individual panel production, and spot welding, were carried out in-house. The production quantity is around a few units.
